Delivery Options: In-house and Public
The Emotional Wellness courses are available through two delivery options: In-house Group Offer or Public Courses. Each option provides the same high-quality learning experience, and you can choose the option that best aligns with your needs.
Digital Emotional Wellness Platform Access Included
Every participant receives a 12-month subscription to the Digital Emotional Wellness Platform, valued at $99.90 incl. GST per user. This provides ongoing tools, resources, and guided support to strengthen emotional capability long after the course has finished. It extends the learning experience beyond the training room and helps your people apply their skills in everyday work and life. The participants are sent the digital platform login post-course.
In-house Course – Group Fixed Price Offer
In-house delivery provides substantial savings compared to public course pricing. An organisation pays a fixed group price for either 8 or 16 participants, and the price remains the same even if fewer people attend. This option is ideal for organisations wanting to build emotional capability across a team or workplace.
To meet the group size requirement, organisations may choose to combine participants with other businesses such as suppliers or partner organisations. This offer is not limited to a single business; however, there must be one in-house co-ordinator representing all participating organisations, and one invoice issued to the main organisation acting as the lead.

Below is the fixed pricing structure for In-house delivery, using 40% savings for groups of 8 and 60% savings for groups of 16 on the equivalent Public Course price.

Public Course Option
Public courses are ideal for individuals, small teams, or larger organisations that prefer to stagger attendance rather than release an entire group at once. These courses are held throughout New Zealand and run on-demand based on expressions of interest.
Participants receive a workbook, handouts, pen, certificate, and full catering. After the course, they receive access to the 12‑month subscription to the Digital Emotional Wellness Platform, valued at $99.90 incl. GST per user.
